HR decision-makers have more tech-driven options than ever—and can explore all the possibilities at HR Tech Expo in Las Vegas.

The marriage of HR and technology continues to flourish. In fact, some HR professionals may feel overwhelmed by today’s multitude of choices. With that, HR pros who truly want to gauge the best tech options for their needs can’t do it from their laptops or smartphones. They need to actually experience, touch and compare the solutions within each market category of HR tech. Toss in a natural curiosity surrounding today’s emerging start-ups, and attending the HR Tech Expo, which will take place from Oct. 1-4 at the Venetian in Las Vegas, should be on everyone’s short list.

Bottom line, the expo—part of the annual HR Technology Conference & Exposition (often called “the industry’s annual meeting”)—is the world’s largest gathering of HR-technology product and service providers, which translates into thousands of products featuring the technologies driving HR and the way work gets done today and in the future.

The HR Tech Expo also offers the most comprehensive gathering of global industry professionals and leaders. And it only happens once a year, so it makes sense to network with and learn directly from innovators, end users and other like-minded professionals. Attendees have the unique opportunity to meet with product designers and engineers, experts who can answer questions and creatively meet specific challenges.

Here’s a quick look at the events and experiences happening at the HR Tech Expo (apart from the 450-plus vendors willing to strut their stuff):

Networking Opportunities

(Oct. 1-2)

Be on the HR Tech Expo floor from 5-7 p.m. on opening night for the chance to visit sponsoring companies and learn about their latest products and services while enjoying craft beer, wine or a cocktail. For the HR Happy Hour on Wednesday, again enjoy complimentary beer, wine and snacks while you network or browse the expo hall as the day’s activities come to a close.

HR Tech Talks (Oct. 1-4)

For example, be on the HR Tech Expo floor (Theater 2928) on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. for “5 AI-Powered Talent Acquisition Initiatives That Worked!” Stick around the same theater for the 11:30 a.m. session: “7 Reasons to Stop Posting Business Videos on YouTube.” And those are only two of the several HR Tech Talks happening during the show.

Startup Pavilion

Finally, check out more about 50-plus emerging HR-tech companies, with the chance to demo original products and meet the entrepreneurs who are hoping to help revolutionize the HR Tech market—more start-ups are featured at HR Tech Expo than at any other show.
