In her opening keynote April 15 in Las Vegas, Lunden will speak about the importance of health and wellness and caregiving support in the workplace. Lunden is best known for her nearly two-decade stint as co-host of Good Morning America. She has since served as a special correspondent for the Today show and as host of the CBS series Your Health. She also advocates for caregiving support and brings this experience to her role as the spokesperson for the senior referral service A Place for Mom, a company that helps caregivers and families find the right care and resources for their loved ones.
As a member of the sandwich generation, Lunden has faced caregiving responsibilities for both her children and her parents. She knows how important support from employers is to caregivers, and she will urge HR and benefits professionals to consider the issue during her morning keynote session.

Lunden’s appearance will coincide with her upcoming book, Why Did I Come Into This Room? A Candid Conversation About Aging, due for release in March. Signed copies of her book will be available at the conference.
